1. In the idle state, each key is illuminated from below in the selected idle key illumination color
2. Each key is concave and detects when the typist's finger is within
3. When the key is activated, it immediately changes to the selected active key illumination color and the keyclick sound is played (may be turned off)
4. Once the finger is removed, the key fades smoothly back to the idle color over a period of 1-2 seconds
